COVID-19 Cancelations

Dear valued guests,

Due to the current climate and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation we understand you may have cancelled or postponed your travel plans to Miami. In other unfortunate situations we may be forced to cease operations due to a government mandate.

The safety of you, your family, our staff and the general public is extremely import to us.

We're closely monitoring official guidance from Miami-Dade County officials, local government, health authorities and the CDC regarding the current outbreak of the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19.

Normally all reservation deposits are non refundable or transferable as stated on the package page before reserving as well as the confirmation sent to you after placing the reservation. Due to the unprecedented special circumstances caused by COVID-19 if you decide to postpone travel plans or we have no choice but to cancel a package due to a local government mandate a refund will not be issued however guests will be given the opportunity to transfer their deposit to be used at a later date. Only the deposit portion could be transferred and the deposit cannot be used to pay the package balance due. The transfer of the deposit will be issued wether or no the customer lives locally or in the state of Florida. Refunds for reservation deposits will not be issued under any circumstance.

Rest assured although we do not issue refunds for the deposit, the balance due for the package you reserved for will not be charged to your card as transactions are solely made by the cardholder.

In order to used this credit for  later date customers would have to contact us prior to a planed trip, we would then send a confirmation for the requested date granted it is available.


This credit has no expiration date and can even be used with friends and family. 


We are continually monitoring the situation, including travel restrictions to Miami and restrictions that may impact the packages we provide.
